It’s a way of processing the impression of works of art which are of high and great quality. They are produced on a professional printer of 8 colours, the Epson Stylus Pro, with Ultra chrome inks. Digigraphy is the modern digital version of the Lithography. This technology is a label that certifies the original impression is in a limited edition that is numbered and signed by the artist himself.
The impressions produced are guaranteed for a 100 years in normal interior exhibition conditions. « Marines Visions » are printed on “Velvet Fine Art paper” The printing is of a mat finish and offers a beautiful material close to the aspect of CANSON paper. We pay particular attention to the photograph you wish to buy and if you would like a recommendation concerning the quality and texture of the paper, we are open to all propositions. For example, it is also possible to produce a print on Art Ultralisse 250g, which has a smooth and satiny finish.
Artseagalerie.com promotes original photographs taken exclusively of marine life. These pictures for sale follow into the definition of artwork. These creations are protected by the intellectual property code. Business companies
Often business companies are not aware of their rights concerning the acquisition of works of art. In fact, according to the first paragraph of Article 238 bis AB of the General Tax Code, a business can invest in art by purchasing original works by living artists and display these acquisitions in a reception area for example, in order to benefit fiscal deductions on the result of acquisition exercise over the next four years. The company can deduct the price of an acquired work of art from its taxable profits by equal yearly blocks over five years within a limit of 3,25 to 1000 of its business profits. The decision to practice this reduction pertains to business management and is not subordinated to any preliminary authorization of the administration.
Acceptation of the offer
The acceptance of the offer by the purchaser is validated by a « click of validation », on the photo web site gallery.
The order confirmation contains Family name, first name, telephone, designation produced, ordered quantity, price, modes of payment. The order will be confirmed by e-mail prior to delivery, indicating the references of the photographic prints, the method and place of delivery.
Delivery
The photographic print is delivered to the address of delivery indicated during the process of order. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible
The usual times of delivery after payment by bank card are 8 to 15 days.
The dates and delivery periods mentioned are given as an indication. The photographic prints are packed with the greatest care. If a print is not available, by deterioration during transport etc… the order will be cancelled. You can ask full reimbursement of the amounts paid to artseagalerie.com
You agree to check the condition of the photographic prints at the time of delivery and indicate on the delivery slip any reservations in the case of deterioration. In that case, you agree to formulate within two (2) business days following delivery a justified claim in writing, to be sent by registered mail with signed acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier with a copy to Artseagalerie.com.
In the event of a purchase for delivery to a destination outside mainland France, you the customer are the importer of the goods in question. You agree to check to ensure that photographic prints may be imported to the country of delivery. Any customs duties or various taxes on imports shall be charged to you. We recommend that you inform yourself of any requirements of this sort in advance of purchase by consulting the relevant authorities in your country.
Right of recession
You have seven business days to return, at your own risk, any photographic prints that you do not want, in their original packing, with the invoice. This period starts on the day of reception of the photographic prints. Artseagalerie will reimburse you within thirty (30) days of receipt of the prints.
Intellectual property
The photos on this website are subject to international copyright law.
Any use of the photography must be executed with respect for the author and his work. All the original photographs sold on www.artseagalerie.com are protected by the provisions of the French Code from the Intellectual Property Reproduction of any photograph represented on the site is strictly forbidden and will be considered as illicit.
Which legislation applies ?
The contract is ruled by the French Law.
Any dispute arising from the formation, the interpretation or the execution of the contract will be subject to the exclusive competence of the Paris Courts.
